Accessibility statement
MG Legal Ops wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or voice control.
Our goal
We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 (opens in a new tab) at Level AA, the standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium.
What we do
- Every page starts with a "Skip to content" link, and uses headings, labels and landmarks that assistive technology can follow.
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, and you can always see where the focus is.
- Text and buttons are sized and coloured for contrast, and the pages still work when the text is enlarged or the screen is narrow.
- Nothing moves on its own, and if your device asks for less motion, the site turns off its small animations.
- The forms mark what is required, say in words what went wrong, and take you to the field that needs fixing.
- A link that leaves this site opens in a new tab and says so to a screen reader.
- Every change to the site runs automated checks on every page: one main heading, headings in order, a label for every field, a text alternative for every image, and a working skip link. We also check pages by hand in a browser, on a phone and with a keyboard.
Known limits
Some parts of this site come from other companies. The check that a person is sending our forms is provided by Cloudflare. We choose providers that support accessibility, but we do not control how their parts work. Our guides for the firm that runs the MG Legal Ops assistant are long technical documents, and we are still improving how they read with a screen reader.
Tell us if something does not work
If any part of this website is hard to use, or you would like something from it in another format, write to hello@mglegalops.com or use the contact form. Please tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will help.
The websites we build
We build the websites we make for law firms the same way, and check them the same way before they go live. greeleyattorneys.com (opens in a new tab), our most recent site, has its own accessibility statement. Ask about it in your free site review.
