MG Legal Ops
Operational Intelligence Agent, to manage your firm ecosystem

Draft emails, bill time, and keep track of your calendar, seamlessly between Microsoft and Clio.

Plain language, easy for anyone to use. MG Legal Ops lives inside Claude Code on each attorney's own computer, connects their Outlook and their Clio account with their own sign-ins, and does the connecting work between the two: filing correspondence, spotting work that never became a time entry, keeping court dates on the right calendar, and writing a one-minute brief every morning.

Free for fourteen days. No card, no commitment, set up in about fifteen minutes.

What it does

Ask in plain English. See exactly what it will do. Say yes.

No new software to learn. You talk to the assistant, it shows you the action before it takes it, and it never guesses at a number.

"Give me my morning brief."

Morning brief

Today's meetings, court dates and deadlines, what's unfiled, what may be missing time, and the three to five things worth your attention first.

"Help me review my email filing."

Email filing review

Sorts recent mail into ready to file, needs your judgment, and already filed, then files the ones you approve into Clio with attachments.

"Check my billing for missing time."

Billing review

Compares your emails, meetings and calendar against the time entries already in Clio and flags possible missing time by matter. You decide the minutes.

How it works

Fifteen minutes to the first morning brief.

1

Open a folder in Claude Code

Say "set up the assistant." It installs what it needs and walks the attorney through it.

2

Sign in once

Microsoft and Clio, with the attorney's own logins. It sees only what they can see.

3

Ask for the brief

From then on it is a conversation. Every action is shown first and runs only on a yes.

4

It keeps itself current

Improvements arrive automatically, and it tells you what changed in plain language.

The ground rules

Built into the software, not left to habit.

Nothing is written without your yes.

Every filing, time entry, calendar entry, matter and email is proposed first, exactly as it will happen, and runs only on a single-use confirmation.

Everything it writes can be undone.

Each write is logged on your own computer. "Undo that time entry" removes it. It can only undo what it created.

Your sign-in, your data, your computer.

We run no server that holds your mail or your matters. How it handles client data.

All six rules →

Try it on one attorney's real inbox, free, for two weeks.

No card to start, nothing charged, nothing to cancel. If it earns its place, add a card on day fourteen and keep going.
