What happens next

Sign up. You get a private setup page straight away.
One approval. Your Microsoft 365 administrator approves the assistant with one link from the setup page, about two minutes. Nothing to register, nothing to send back, no secret. Clio needs no administrator step at all.
Download the folders. A ready-made folder for each person who will use it, with nothing to type about any application.
Open it in Claude Code. Say "set up the assistant", sign in once, ask for the morning brief.
Day fourteen. Add a card to continue at $59 per person per month, or let it end. Nothing in Clio or Outlook changes either way.

The fourteen days start the day the first folder is downloaded, not the day you sign up.

Your firm will need

Clio Managewith a Clio login for each person who will use it; each approves the assistant themselves the first time, and no administrator step is needed. Microsoft 365with each person's mailbox and calendar in Outlook, and an IT provider or administrator who can approve the assistant once. Claude Codeon a paid Claude plan for each person who will use it, attorney or paralegal. It comes with the Claude desktop app and as a command-line tool; the chat app alone does not run the assistant. A Mac or Windows computerper person who will use it, that they can install software on.

Not supported today: Gmail or Google Workspace mailboxes, and practice-management systems other than Clio.

If your firm already uses the assistant, you don't start a trial. Ask to be added; your firm's administrator approves you and the role you should have, and you get your folder - as a download link by email, or from them. Nothing is issued until they say yes.
